What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?

In your dealings with VuTeur you may provide us with personal information. Personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy means any information about an identifiable individual that we collect in relation to the Service or its use, but does not include the name, title or business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization. This policy does not apply to the practices of entities that we do not own or control.

No information from Minors

If you are less than 16 years old do not provide any personal health information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected information including personal health information from a minor without the appropriate consent, we will delete that information. If you are a parent of a minor, you may provide us with personal information including personal health information about the minor, or permit us to collect information directly from the minor (if he or she is at least 13 years old), to use as part of the Service and we will treat it under this Privacy Policy. What Personal information Does VuTeur Collect?

Personal information You Provide.

We collect reasonable information necessary to provide the Service. Information we collect when you interact with VuTeur.

We collect personal information of the actions taken while using or interacting with the Services such as adding friends, family members or responders or information related to emergencies and incidents and communications that occur during and after such events. When you use the Service, we automatically collect information from your browser or mobile platform including your browser type, location, IP address, as well as the pages you visit. We may retain the details of transactions or payments you make on or related to the Services.

Cookies and Web Beacons.

When such person registers with VuTeur he or she must agree to this Privacy Policy. You consent to your friends, family members and responders providing such information about you for use to provide the Services.

Use and Sharing information on VuTeur.

We will not rent nor sell nor otherwise disclose your Personal information to anyone except as set out herein. VuTeur may handle your Personal information only as described below. Use of the Service: Our Service is primarily designed to help you in the event of an emergency or incident including assisting others in assessing the event, responding, managing and coordinating responses, and reporting during and following emergencies and incidents. Information you provide to the Services will be used, made available to others, and otherwise handled for these purposes.

Inviting family, friends and responders to join: When you ask us to invite a friend, family member, or other responder to join VuTeur we may send such person a message on your behalf using your name and contact details. We may also send reminders to them in your name.
